Maori 21st Birthday Patu Inlaid With Paua Shell

This Maori 21st Birthday Patu is a great alternative to the traditional 21st key.

The patu is made from sustainably farmed Tulip Wood, a hardwood.

It is inlaid with native New Zealand Paua Shell, found only in NZ waters, and a type of abalone.  Paua has beautiful irridescent shades of blue, green, pink and purple, and no two pieces are the same.

A great 21st gift, replacing a key, one they can easily take with them and hang on the wall, wherever in the world they get to.

The patu measures approximately 41.5cm (16 3/8") long.

It can be laser engraved on the back with the recipients name and birthdate (or 21st date), for an additional charge.  The patu can also be laser engraved with the name (only), but the name can only have up to 15 characters, and must be done in CAPITALS.

Please note that once engraved, the patu cannot be returned, aside from the unlikely event of us getting the engraving wrong.
