This Maori Black Bone Fish Hook Necklace is a beautiful piece of carving.
The fish hook has a whale tail end, serrated edge, and surface carving.
Measuring approximately 5.5cm long, the hook is beautifully bound with string at the top, and hangs from a plaited string cord with adjustable toggle closure.
The Maori Fish Hook design carries a spiritual meaning, one of peace, prosperity, good health, and safe travel over water. Handy for the surfer, boatie and paddler.
It is carved from dyed black cow bone.
The hook necklace comes to you on a descriptive card, so you can always remember its spiritual meaning.
