So for 365 days from the date you purchase from the store, you have the right to return your purchase if it is defective, as long as it is in original condition, for a refund of the purchase price ( excluding shipping) or an exchange.
In the unlikely event we have shipped the wrong item, we will refund the return shipping, as long as you have sent it back by cheapest airmail.
Even if you have shipped the purchase as a gift, that should allow the recipient time to deal with any problems that might arise.  We aren't expecting any problems, though, as we only sell top-quality goods that we believe in ourselves!
 
We do not give refunds or exchanges for items that have been dropped, smashed, or that we deem otherwise mis-treated.

We recommend insuring the parcel, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping back to us.   ShopNZ.com will not pay any duties or GST for the return of parcels.
 
We will complete the refund or exchange as soon as possible after the returned item has been received.  Allow 2 weeks for your item to arrive back here, and a week for processing of your refund.
 
The guarantee only applies to purchases made online, or in our Whangarei store.
