This Maori Friendship or Love Trophy is a beautiful piece of New Zealand made art, and perfect to give as a gift to mark a special moment - graduation, birthday, achievements, milestone moments, etc.
The trophy is shaped in a Pikorua (double twist) design, with heaps of minute detailing, and beautiful contrasting New Zealand Paua shell. The back is plain wood.
The pikorua carries a spiritual meaning, one of undying love or friendship between two people or families or groups. Give it as a trophy or a birthday gift, or as a fine example of New Zealand art.
The trophy is made from sustainably harvested gaboon, and MDF. It stands approximately 30cm (11 3/4") tall.
Choose between the trophy only, or a trophy with an engraved gold plaque, or an engraved black plaque. Up to 6 words, which you can enter in the engraving box provided when you select that option.
Please note that engraving takes 3-4 days, and engraved trophies cannot be returned.
