The NZ Maori Poi Fairy Doll is one of a series of New Zealand inspired Fairy Dolls and Elves, loved all around the world. She has gone through a re-design since she was first released in 2015.
The Poi Fairy is approximately 13cm (5 1/8") long and prettily dressed.
She wears a Maori headband, a kapa haka costume, pretty brown wings, and a set of poi hang from her waist. Poi are balls that hang from cords, and are twirled in kapa haka performances to accentuate dance moves and express emotions or stories.
All the Fairy Dolls have bendable arms and legs, making them fun to play with.
These Fairy Dolls and Elves make great Christmas Decorations, as each one has a fine gold hang cord, and they make great collectibles as well. Add to your fairy grotto.
