NZ Made Vince Veggie Mince

Vince is a NZ Made, award winning vegetable mince (vegetable based ground beef).

Perfect for vegans, but also for all those people wanting to get more veges into their diet, and particularly into the diet of their children.

Vince looks and tastes just like minced beef, so goes great in toasties, cottage pie, tacos, etc.  It would be great to take on camping/ hiking trips too.

And it is so easy and quick to make - it is ready to eat in 5 minutes!

Ingredients: Tomatoes, cauliflower, onion, carrot, peanuts, tamari, celery, tomato paste, potato starch, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, garlic, coconut sugar, thyme, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, pepper.

So it is a good source of B6, B9, Vit K, Calcium, and minerals, and a serving provides over 1/3 of your RDI of fibre.  And there's nothing nasty in it!

The 100g packet makes 350g of mince.  Simply pour into a bowl, add 250ml of boiling water, sit for 3 mins and stir for 1 min.  Then enjoy!
