A couple of things I did to give away
Absolutely love the paua and pounamu pieces. Both were used during Art therapy to help navigate pieces that best represents my mental health journey. So coasters for cups of coffee/tea. Mandela design with paua and mixed crystals, and Mandela design with pounamu and mixed crystals. A nice cuppa and an ear to listen, allows the space to outlet your challenges to someone you trust. The art piece, the koru depicts hope, new beginnings. Its my reflection and what I forsee, when I find my way out of the dark, in to the light. Incorporating colours of nature, which i use to ground myself again. Both paua and pounamu connect me to my identity and home in NZ, and my element I cleanse in, water.The crystals in all three pieces, various meanings. Rose Quartz for self love, amethyst to soothe anxiety, black tourmaline to protect against negative elements like depression. Other crystals to support the mind, body, soul. My story isnt over yet ;
