Griffins Waffle Caramel Spice Biscuits are a yummy new crisp biscuit that is so incredibly versatile it should be a pantry staple!
It's a yummy, crisp, spicy biscuit on its own, flavoured with caramel and cinnamon.
Put an icecream sandwich slice between two biscuits. Quite the step up from the traditional pink wafer biscuits (although they have their nostalgic place!).
Pop one in a cute dish and top with a small amount of no-bake cheesecake mix, then in the fridge, and you have your very own single serve cheesecake. No waste!
Layer a bunch of them with chocolate creme or a thick caramel sauce, pop in the fridge while the biscuits soften, then bring it out and cut through the centre for a visual feast (before the actual feast!). Top with whipped cream.
