Griffins Gold Chit Chat Biscuits are a new (2023) development from New Zealand's home grown baker. Now, in 2025, they have been renamed Griffins Chit Chat Caramelised White Chocolate Biscuits.
Chit Chat cookies are traditionally chocolate biscuits cemented together with chocolate creme and covered in milk chocolate.
In this new iteration, the Caramelised White Chocolate Chit Chat is smooth chocolate crème sandwiched between two crispy biscuits, then generously coated in delicious 5-roll refined caramelised white chocolate.
