Griffins SuperWine Biscuits are a much loved plain New Zealand biscuit that has been around for a long time. Designed as a simple biscuit to have with a cup of tea, some people also spread butter or margarine on them, and many use them crushed as a base for cheesecake.
The gluten free Wine Biscuits are made with rice flour, sorghum flour, potato flour and soy flour.
And made in Australia (shock horror!).
