This greenstone wrapped Maori Toki Necklace measures approximately 6cm (2 3/8") long and is made from genuine Ngai Tahu pounamu. Black cord is wrapped around the toki to give it a modern look.
The necklace rests on a long black cord with adjustable knots, so you can sit the toki where you want on your chest.
This Ngai Tahu toki comes to you with an authenticity card which gives you access to a website where you can view the rock your necklace was made from, who made it, and details about the type of greenstone it is made from.
In the case of the pictured toki, they are all made from the same rock, which shows you some of the variation there is in the colour of greenstone. In this case, they are made from Hapopo greenstone.
