Shipping Support & Guarantee
While lost parcels are rare, we’ve got your back if it happens. If your order goes missing, we will work directly with our shipping partners to track it down.
International postal investigations can take a little time, but if your parcel is officially lost, we will immediately ship a replacement or provide a full refund. Rest assured, we'll see you right.
I was not aware that my parcel would be sent by airmail to the USA as I presumed it would be sent by courier. This was confusing as when I told my family it had been delivered presumably to their front door, they told me it hadn’t been. This led to me dealing with customer services who were very helpful. It was in the letterbox all along, however American people receive most things by courier, so don’t check their letterboxes very often. So it might be helpful if it was made clear to customers that international parcels are posted not couriered.
