Massive 59cm Carved Maori Pikorua Twist Trophy - Symbol of Love or Friendship

Imagine being given this massive Maori Pikorua trophy - it would blow you away.  It would probably be the biggest trophy you had ever received, and remain a source of great pride.

This Maori Pikorua Twist Trophy is incredibly big and solid, measuring a whopping 59cm (23") in total height.

The trophy is made from sustainably harvested Tulip Wood, with beautiful Koru surface carving, enhanced by 6 piece of native NZ Paua shell, an abalone shell found only in New Zealand waters.

The large base gives you plenty of room for an engraved plaque, laser engraving, or paua engraving, and we can do all of that for you!

The Maori Pikorua represents two fern shoots twisting and growing together, and spiritually it signifies enduring love or friendship between two people or families.  So a lovely birthday gift and to gift for a wedding or anniversary.  It is also the perfect business or corporate gift to signify a close business relationship, particularly those built on trust.  Even when the two parties move apart, they always come back together.

The Koru in the surface carving also has a spiritual meaning, one of peace, tranquility, new beginnings, and personal change.

Please note that the surface carving may vary a little depending on who does the carving, but it will be similar to what you see in the photos.  You are welcome to contact us to send a photo of what we have in stock when you come to order.

ENGRAVING: 
a) Choose up to 8 words for a gold engraved plaque, or laser engraved into the wood.  Choose up to 12 characters (only) for paua engraving.  
b) Select your Engraved option.
c) Enter your words in the Engraving Wording box. (If you can't see the Engraving Wording box, it means you haven't selected the Engraved option yet).
Allow 3-4 days for engraving. 
Please note that engraved items cannot be returned, aside from the unlikely event that we have done the engraving wrong.
