The Maro is a Maori apron or loin cloth, worn around the front of the waist.

It is a piece of clothing which we are seeing more and more in kapa haka performances.

Now you can buy your own maro, made the traditional way, from flax, by a top New Zealand weaver.

Choose the size you need based on your waist measurement.

These are made to order, so please allow at least 2 weeks for it to be made.  Longer if you are purchasing more than one.
