Pretty Genuine Pounamu Sterling Silver Koru Greenstone Ring

This pretty Sterling Silver Maori Koru Ring has at its centre an oval piece of genuine New Zealand greenstone, otherwise known as pounamu.

The greenstone comes from Hokitika, on the West Coast of the South Island of New Zealand.

Either side of the pounamu are two double koru.  The Maori koru design represents an unfurling new fern shoot, and signifies peace, tranquility, new beginnings, and positive change.

So it's a lovely gift to give to someone starting a new phase in their life, or who has just had a baby, got a new job, etc.

The ring is sized 8 1/2 (Q 1/2).  If you need a larger or smaller size, take it to your local jeweller to be re-sized.
