These NZ Greenstone (pounamu) Toki Necklaces are perfect for those who want a nice, simple piece of New Zealand greenstone to wear. Nothing fancy, great price, and genuine pounamu.
The Toki, otherwise known as an adze, was traditionally worn by Maori elders, as it represented power, wisdom, and authority. Wear this Toki greenstone pendant yourself or give a bunch of them to friends. Great for both male and female.
The greenstone comes from the South Island of New Zealand. Each Toki is individually carved, so may vary a little in shape and length, but most will be approximately 4cm (1 1/2") long and 1.5cm (1/2") wide. Most have a slanted cut to the bottom edge, like the second photo.
They come to you on a traditional black adjustable cord, so you can sit the pounamu where you want on your chest.

Absolutely Gorgeous
Absolutely love this taonga I bought for my son’s 1st birthday. Great size and great pricing. Only downside is the string is too long for him even when it’s tightened fully and when ever I tie it up at the back to make it fit nicely the knot always comes undone so might put a different string on it. But overall absolutely love it! And my son looks so handsome wearing it ☺️
