This genuine NZ greenstone Toki Necklace is beautifully carved out with a kowhaiwhai design.
The toki, representing the very important adze tool, signifies strength, authority and mana.
The kowhaiwhai design is one of the decorative designs used in Maori meeting houses, usually centred around the Koru design, a symbol of peace, tranquility, new beginnings, and positive change.
The toki is proudly carved in New Zealand, from NZ pounamu, and measures approximately 3.8cm to 4cm (1 1/4" to 1 1/2") long. It hangs from a long black adjustable cord.
