This long Maori Bone Drop Necklace is so beautiful.
It has two cutout Koru, is exquisitely surface carved with more Koru, and decorated with native paua shell pieces.
The Maori Koru design has a spiritual meaning, one of peace, tranquility, new beginnings, and positive change.
To me the cow bone carving looks like a meandering river, with the paua dots reflecting the blue water.
The carving measures approximately 8.5cm (3 3/8") long.
