No-Jet-Lag has been used for years by New Zealand travellers. It relieves jet lag symptoms due to time changes and stresses of long distance flights. My friends Janet and Alyson, who fly regularly between the UK and New Zealand, swear by these pills. They say the only time they've had jet-lag is when they forgot to buy their No-Jet-Lag tablets.
No Jet Lag can be used with other types of medication. The packet contains 32 tablets, sufficient for 50 hours flying time.
Chew one NoJetLag tablet on each takeoff, one every two hours in flight, and one on each landing. Intervals up to 4 hours in flight are acceptable if sleeping. For children under 5 years, use one tablet every four hours. Best taken separately from meals.

NOTE FROM LESLEY: I used NoJetLag on my trip to San Francisco on 3 February 2006. They worked great! After a 13-hour non-stop flight I got off the plane, went to my hotel, dropped my luggage, and did a full day's work. I also used it on the return flight, and again felt just fine when I arrived.
I don't think these would work as well if you chose to take alcohol on the flight, so I recommend you stick to drinking lots of water, as those planes can be very dehydrating. It was interesting that on these flights the Air New Zealand stewards came round with additional offerings of water or juice.

International Air Post
Orders to destinations outside New Zealand are shipped by priority International Air Post, which we find very reliable. The average delivery time is 7-14 working days, depending on destination, but there are exceptions. South America has a long shipping time, approximately 4-6 weeks by airmail, and Italy and Spain can take a month. Please remember, once your parcel leaves our hands, we are not responsible for shipping times, which are beyond our control.
NB: Postal shipping times extend out at Christmastime so we recommend ordering Christmas gifts by the end of November, or choosing a Courier option if ordering during December. Because shipping times are beyond our control, we take no responsibility for shipping times to any country.
FREE AIRMAIL SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $195 (NZ$195, AU$195, US$195, GBP115, and 145Euros) that do not include food or drink : Shipping is airmail (not insured) and is one shipping per order i.e. we cannot ship one order to multiple countries. If your parcel includes food or drink, including tea, coffee, herbs, etc, it cannot be shipped free of charge, and you must select another freight option.
This service from NZ Post, for airmail parcels to the UK, USA and Australia, is for weights up to 2kg. Your parcel is scanned when it leaves New Zealand, when it arrives overseas, and when it is delivered.
International Express Courier
If you want the security of Track and Trace and a speedy delivery, the International Express Courier option is for you. Targeted delivery time is 3-5 working days for most locations. Delivery not available to Post Office boxes, and a card will be left to pick up from DHL if you are not home when they call. The international carrier is DHL (or TNT in the case of taiaha).
International Economy Courier
Targeted delivery time is 2-6 working days, it's a door-to-door service, and is available to the following locations: Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, USA, Ireland, and UK. Delivery CAN be to a post office box, and a parcel can be left at the doorstep. The international carriers are DHL or TNT.
Insurance is provided FREE on parcels up to the value of US$100. Above that level, insurance is only available when using the Economy Courier or Express Courier shipping options.
CUSTOMS/ CLEARANCE CHARGES
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied to the purchaser or recipient once the package reaches the destination. From experience, this is particularly so in Canada, the UK and Europe. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict which customers or shipments will be subject to the charges. We therefore accept no responsibility for any duties or taxes charged and we will not alter our documentation in order to defraud these agencies.
