We don't want you to be unhappy about any purchase from Shopenzed.com , even if it is highly unlikely!
 
So for 365 days from the date you purchase from the store, you have the right to return your purchase ( in original condition if just purchased) if it is defective , for a refund of the purchase price ( excluding shipping, unless we have shipped an incorrect item) or an exchange.  Even if you are giving the purchase as a gift, that should allow the recipient time to deal with any problems that might arise.  We aren't expecting any problems, though, as we only sell top-quality goods that we believe in ourselves!
 
We do not give refunds or exchanges for items that have been dropped, smashed, or that we deem otherwise mis-treated.

Before shipping a return, please email us at return@shopenzed.com .
We'll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back. 
 
We recommend insuring the parcel, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping back to us.   Shopenzed.com will not pay any duties or GST for the return of parcels.
 
We will complete the refund or exchange as soon as possible after the returned item has been received.  Allow 2 weeks for your item to arrive back here, and a week for processing of your refund.
 
The guarantee only applies to purchases made online, or in our Ngunguru store.

We refund the purchase price of the item, by the payment method first used when placing your order.  We do not refund shipping.  This only applies to online orders.
